The Principal in charge is involved throughout the project to insure that the client is being serviced properly and that his mandate is being adhered to by the project team and the project consultants. The project team interacts with a client liaison team established at the inception of the project assignment to insure clear communication and continuity. These checks and balances coupled with our team’s management skills, talent and creativity enables CDCI to deliver distinctly satisfying projects to our clients.   Edgard Caicedo, principal of Corporate Design Collaborative Incorporated, has specialized in office design and project management for more than 20 years. He Has extensive knowledge of contemporary management strategies and construction techniques. To monitor and expedite projects, Mr. Caicedo has continuously developed management systems to facilitate documentation, scheduling and budget tracking. An experienced operations director, he guides the project team from inception to completion, including preliminary design, design development and working drawings. Mr. Caicedo directs all project activities in the field between consultants, contractors and vendors.   Howard Amchin, is a principal of Corporate Design Collaborative Incorporated with 22 years of project management and office design experience. He has a proven record of success in designing and implementing a variety of challenging projects from corporate headquarters to financial trading rooms. A working principal, Mr. Amchin has extensive experience in guiding his team through all phases of a project, particularly site selection, work letter analysis and evaluation and account management. He has demonstrated an exceptional ability to coordinate the pre-lease negotiations between client, owner and real estate broker.
